Offers free, confidential, impartial and independent advice to residents. The Bureau offers drop in advice sessions and telephone advice. The telephone Advice Line is open Monday, Wednesday and Friday 10:00 - 4:00 pm. There is also a drop in facility on Monday and Wednesday from 10:00 - 1:00 pm. No appointment necessary. We advise arriving maybe 15 - 30 mins before the door opens as this service is very busy.
Clients are seen on other days but by appointment only.
