The Passage provides a range of day services for homeless people, including food, washing and laundry facilities, medical services, advice, advocacy and counselling, education and training. A 50-bed night shelter is provided for vulnerable single homeless people (aged 25 plus), particularly those with mental health or alcohol problems. There is also short stay accommodation.

The Pimlico Resource Centre is a new facility for South Westminster. It can offer local organisations and individuals: meeting room facilities, desk space, information about local events and services, capacity building support, opportunities to promote your residents’ association or other group, and a chance for individuals to get involved in volunteering, local planning and consultations.

PIP SW1 is a self-advocacy group for people with learning disabilities living in the SW1 area. It offers members the opportunity to gain confidence and skills through talking about themselves, news items/current affairs, health issues, education and employment.

Westminster will consider any of these applications, in a way that is set out according to legislation. Each case will be approved or refused. In most cases, approvals will be subject to a number of conditions and the reasons for any refusal will be given.
