The Youth Hub on Lupus Street provides a one stop shop for young people aged 13 – 19 years old. The advisors provide information and confidential advice to young people referred through schools, the health service, the council and voluntary organisations because they need help and support on issues such as health, education, teen pregnancy and anti-social behaviour.

The council's Children's Services department has changed the way it delivers services to young people aged 13 - 19. The Connexions Youth Service and Youth Crime Prevention Service have come together and are now called Locality Young People’s Services to provide young people with one centralised service at Lupus Street Youth Hub.
Free card for 11-19 year old Westminster residents, entitling them to free or discounted activities and competitions (free swimming between 4.00-6.00 p.m. on school days at the Queen Mother Sport Centre and 20% off DVD/CD/video hire at Westminster Libraries.
