Caxton Youth Trust has a particular emphasis on the needs of young people with disabilities, including the social and emotional aspects of relationships. It aims to meet the social and informal educational needs of young people with physical or learning disabilities in Westminster.

Westminster City Council’s Children’s Information Service offers free, impartial information and guidance on children and young peoples services in the City of Westminster.
This includes Nurseries, childminders, out of school hours clubs, activities for children and young people, help with childcare costs, starting a career in childcare, and assistance with returning to work and training. The Centre has a Drop-in Project focusing on the prevention of homelessness amongst young people aged 16-25; and an Education Project providing ESOL & Basic Skills training, IT training (up to IBT), online learning & vocational guidance to homeless young people, homeless parents, refugees & the migrant community; a Medical Surgery offering drop-in GP and nurse, and counselling services to homeless people; and a 32-bed hostel for homeless young people & young people leaving care.
