Caxton Youth Trust has a particular emphasis on the needs of young people with disabilities, including the social and emotional aspects of relationships. It aims to meet the social and informal educational needs of young people with physical or learning disabilities in Westminster.

Westminster City Council’s Family Information Service (formerly the Children’s Information Service) offers free, impartial information and guidance on children and young people’s services in the City of Westminster.
This includes Nurseries, childminders, out of school hour’s clubs, activities for children and young people, help with childcare costs, starting a career in childcare, and assistance with returning to work and training. Union Dance offers dance and performing arts provision for young people 7-25 years of age aimed at developing technique and skills, building confidence and encouraging young people to aspire to leadership and excellence. They offer a year round programme of summer courses, training and skills development sessions such as Union Too with live art projects in venues and centres across Westminster. The Youth Hub on Lupus Street provides a one stop shop for young people aged 13 – 19 years old. The advisors provide information and confidential advice to young people referred through schools, the health service, the council and voluntary organisations because they need help and support on issues such as health, education, teen pregnancy and anti-social behaviour.

The council's Children's Services department has changed the way it delivers services to young people aged 13 - 19. The Connexions Youth Service and Youth Crime Prevention Service have come together and are now called Locality Young People’s Services to provide young people with one centralised service at Lupus Street Youth Hub.
As part of the City of Westminster’s City Council’s ongoing commitment to getting locals cycling in the borough they are providing basic bicycle maintenance classes for residents, students and those who work in the area. Tutorials will include; how to repair punctures, adjust and replace brakes, index gears and lubricate your chain correctly, plus helpful hints when cycling in the City.
The course costs £15 and is held every second Saturday of the month from 10am – 3pm at the Abbey Centre, 34 Great Smith Street, SW1P 3BU.

The Centre works with homeless young people, badly housed families, refugees, asylum seekers and migrants helping them to obtain employment and break out of the cycle of homelessness and social exclusion. Services include Careers advice,; IT Training; English classes for speakers of other languages; Wellbeing and Healthy Living support; advice on housing and benefits; lifeskills sessions on budgeting and cooking. a 32 bed hostel for young homeless people and young people leaving care; an 8 bed hostel for people in recovery from substance misuse problems; the Medical Surgery offering drop-in GP, nurse and counselling services. All new clients are given a full assessment of their needs.
